To book your Week in Provence, Custom Tour, Small Group Tour or A Few Days in Provence, please fill out and submit the Pre-Reservation Form or contact me directly. After your pre-reservation form has been submitted:
- I will get back to you to confirm tour dates and provide more information on possible private tours or availability on small group tours.
- After we have discussed details, a non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts very depending on tour.
- Written confirmation of your tour will be sent to you along with Terms & Conditions for you to read and sign.
- Your detailed itinerary will be sent to you as a PDF document.
- Full payment is due 3 months prior to tour start date (will be stated in the T&Cs).

Purchasing travel insurance is necessary to protect yourself in case of trip cancellation, baggage loss/damage, and for health/accident insurance. See recommended travel insurance companies.
