After hearing from you, I will get back to you in the shortest delay to confirm your desired tour dates and also give you more information on possible private tours or availability on group tours.
After we have discussed the details, a deposit will be asked of you in order to secure your reservation. Usually, deposits are $250 per person but could vary according to your personalized tour.
Written confirmation of your tour will be sent to you as well as the Terms & Conditions for you to read and sign.
Next, I will complete your detailed itinerary and send it to you in a pdf document.

For tours with YPP, full payment is due 1 month prior to day 1 of your tour.
- detailed T&Cs will be sent to you upon request for a particular tour.

Purchasing travel insurance for cancellations is necessary along with protection against baggage loss/damage and health/accident insurance.
