- A $600 per person deposit for A Week in Provence Escorted Tour is required to secure booking along with the signed Terms & Conditions page. Reservation made within 90 days of tour start date must be paid in full.

Final Payment of remaining balance will be due 90 days before start of tour date. You will be invoiced 30 days prior to invoice due date.
*In the event of a tour cancellation by Your Private Provence, all payments made are refundable.

Full payment is due 90 days prior to the first day of the tour by using one of the above payment methods. Your final payment invoice will be sent to you 30 days before due date.
- 121+ days (prior to the first day of tour) - $600 dollar deposit (deposit can be transferred to another tour up to 121 days before trip departure without penalty. Credit is only rolled over once)
- 91-120 days – 25% of the remaining tour price
- 61-90 days – 50% of the remaining tour price
- 0-60 days – no refund
Your Private Provence must receive written notice of said cancellation via mail or e-mail (with confirmation of receipt from YPP). Cancellation date is the date such notice is received in writing by Your Private Provence.
Your quoted tour price is only guaranteed once your deposit has been paid and your Terms and Conditions agreement has been signed and mailed. Tour prices do not include airfare, and are subject to change without notice due to the unpredictability of currency rates and trip costs. Credits are not given for services not used.
Your itinerary will be sent to you before your departure. However, changes may occur to provide you with the best possible tour. Uncompleted portions of the tour itinerary are not cause for refund
Trip cancellation insurance is necessary as it provides refunds should you need to cancel for reasons such as illness. Additional insurance for baggage, health/accident is also strongly recommended. Get your coverage immediately after making your deposit or buying your air tickets (which ever you do first).
Your Private Provence reserves the right to cancel a tour. In such a case, the entire amount you have paid for the applicable tour will be refunded to you. Or, you may choose to transfer your money to another tour.
You acknowledge that Your Private Provence contracts with local companies, guides and individuals to assist in the running of it tours. To the best of Your Private Provence’s knowledge, these third parties are qualified to perform the duties they are contracted to perform. Your Private Provence will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur due to the behaviour of these third parties.
Your Private Provence will not accept responsibility or liability for any traveller who contravenes any law or regulation.
All travellers must sign a Participation Form. Please note that signing the form is a pre-requisite of travelling with Your Private Provence. The wording of this form follows.
“I understand that travelling with Your Private Provence may involve risks (and rewards) above and beyond those encountered on a more conventional holiday, and that I am undertaking a physical trip with inherent dangers.
I have read and understood the Your Private Provence tour notes for the trip I am undertaking and have provided details of any pre-existing medical conditions I have to Your Private Provence tour operator. I accept these risks and obligations and I fully assume the risks of travel.
I release Your Private Provence from any liabilities connected to these risks to the maximum extent permitted by law.”
Guest accommodations during a Tour are double, twin or single occupancy, and will include private, fully equipped, en-suite bathrooms. Hotels and villas are selected for their charm, history and location relative to daily tour activities. In France, a twin room to be shared by two persons is comprised of two single (twin) size beds plus a fully equipped, private, en-suite bathroom. A double room is comprised of either 1 queen or 1 king size bed, plus a fully equipped private, en-suite bathroom. Beds in France are smaller than traditional North American beds. French hotel beds do not include mattress toppers nor are the mattresses memory form.
By completing your Final Registration Form and by sending a deposit toward your trip purchase, Guest certifies that he/she does not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for him/her or other travelers.
Travelers should be in good physical condition, and be prepared to walk frequently on cobblestone streets, uneven terrain and climb a certain number of steps.
